Adding ff yogurt or ff cottage cheese to your is a good way to have the full feeling longer and get some of your daily dairy needs. When the weather is cooler, check out Hungry Girl for her mug breakfast and awesome oatmeal combos.

I have homemade peanut butter chocolate chip granola cereal and a clementine or fruit smoothie! Other mornings I will have 1 whole egg with 3 egg whites spinach and goat cheese omelette and i wheat toast or homemade lowfat garlic potatoes.

Wow, all great answers! Interesting the different things we enjoy around the world to start our day. I think I'm going to have to start a grocery list now :P

    smoothies!!

I buy my fruit in bulk when it is in season, then chop them up into bite sized peices and store in one cup portions in bags in my freezer.
that way I always have fruit on hand for my smoothis.

my fool proof smoothie recipe is
    1 cup frozen fruit
1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup light soy milk (or whatever milk you use)
1 packet truvia (or whatever sweetener you use)
blend it all up and BAM! you have a thick, delicious smoothie!

my favorite fruits to use are
    blueberries
    strawberries
    peaches
    mangos
mangos & pineapples (1/2 cup of each)
mangos & bananas (1/2 cup of each)

you get lots of protein from the yogurt, and 2 servings of fruit :)

I love breakfast! Today I put a little fage total 0% on my nutrigrain waffle and then some strawberry spread-it was a guilt free strawberries and cream waffle.

Thank you! I couldn't decide what to eat for breakfast and I knew I could find something yummy on MFP! I just whipped up a blueberry smoothie and it was delicious!
