OMFG!!

This is a common theme here; people 'struggling' to reach their calorie goal. The vast majority of those don't appear interested in even trying.

I don't get why people obsess over hitting their target each and every day. How about not forcing those calories down on your busy days and use them on other days. I find it much easier if I have a weekly target and try and hit that. Nice to have a few calories in the bank for a weekend or when particularly hungry.

Meal timing or indeed meal frequency have no bearing on weight loss. Its about calories in vs calories out.

If you weigh yourself every day then you are setting yourself up for disappointment and frustration. However, I have been there so understand it is a difficult habit to break. If you insist on doing it then only record and track one official weekly weight and discard the others. This way over a period of weeks and months…

As simple as this!!

As stated, earn those drinks by burning 400 more calories through exercise.

Thanks guys. Went for a blood test today and will get results on Wednesday.

Well it seems the kidneys should be able to process a lot more water than what I take in. I still don't believe my water intake is optimal so would like to know whether such quantities over a long period can put too much pressure on the kidneys and cause an electrolyte imbalance? Is this possible, or would another…

Nice one. Can you do too much cardio? I aim for 10 hrs a week, mainly cycling outside, but often go over, as somewhat addicted! I do however aim for 3000 calories per day on average as I'm in maintenance mode. I just find it hard to have a day or 2 away from exercise.

It makes no difference. Weight loss = calories burned - calories consumed. It is not linear and the clock doesn't reset each day.
-
Large glass of water or cup of tea does it for me.
-
I'm very skinny and I have only 1 rule; burn at least as many calories as I consume, averaged each week.

Go to page 1 and read through the thread. The OP has been completely discredited but you repeat the same garbage. This is getting tiresome.

OMFG. We have another one!

TDEE 2100 - MFP 1350 = 750 x 7=5250 = 1.5lbs weight loss per week. Did you ask mfp for a 1.5lbs weekly weight loss?

Given that it doesn't matter when you eat your carbs but you want to do it in one sitting; when would YOU prefer to do it?
-
You are not recording your calories properly or your goals are way off target. You need to provide more information as others have stated.
-
Just so I am clear; are you saying you weighed yourself immediately before and then after a dump? I drop an average of 1.4 lbs :-)
