Does eating past 7pm make you gain more weight? If you are still within your calorie limit of the day?

Meal timing or indeed meal frequency have no bearing on weight loss. Its about calories in vs calories out.0

I'm no expert, but the theory of this site is "if net calories in < net calories out then weight decreases".
Timing is not the issue. I can say that it's worked for me, and I don't regulate when I eat.0 -

Eating right before you sleep has been shown to disturb sleep, but eating at night in of itself will not cause weight gain if you have the calories.0

Nope - else all the Europeans would be fat. Dinner in Italy started about 9 PM. Waiters didn't know what to do with us when we showed up earlier than that.0

I eat dinner at 8-9pm sometimes and will be in bed around 10-11pm. I'm losing! just make sure calories in are less than calories out!0

If so I would be HUGE! I don't eat dinner until 8pm b/c I work 4p-12a 8pm is my normal dinner time unless it is my days off then I eat 5-6 w/my family.0
