You are so not alone in that. Weight is a protection for me. But after loosing 70 lbs then gaining back 40 of it I"m trying to get 25 of that back off, maybe I just need to be ok w/ an inbetween body, not to great looking and not feeling like fatty mcfatty! Its a tough struggle!

Vodka w/ coke zero for a mixer, way less calories than the tonic!! and i used the flavored vodka (lime is my favorite) for a nice punch! 110 calories!

After trying several different brands of the Greek Yogurt I find the Chobani to be the best and well worth the extra cost compared to the store brands!!

The hardest thing so far is trying something new. I'm such a routine person that switching workouts up is the biggest struggle. And finding the extra time to add thing is can be tough. Get that gallbladder out, I had mine taken out this summer after several weeks of severe attacks on a weekly basis and I'm loosing weight, feel better and no more attacks! Those are HORRIBLE!!! Good luck to you!

Keep up the good work, its going to fall off before you know it, one day i weighed and no loss the next day I weighed again and it was a 4 lb loss, what a difference a day makes! :wink:

Keep up the GREAT work, my goal is 1 lb a week, thats 52 lbs in a year! Its frustrating, I started this program back in Oct I believe and did really well just eating better, was loosing 3 lb a week, then all of a sudden i stopped loosing, then the holidays rolled around so getting back on track only now I started working out but I cannot manage to consume that many calories w/ the food plan…

I started exercising this morning and now its stating I have all these extra calories I'm allowed to have my problem is I've had breakfast, snack, lunch and still have over 1,000 calories to take in. Is it necessary to eat that extra that I have enabled myself to have by working out?
