So I am here alittle over a year at my fitness pal. I NEED SUPPORTIVE FRIENDS!!! I am trying to be real supportive too!!!! I just quit smoking for the upteen time. I know it will last this time, but I have gained 12 pounds back in the process!!! Please help and I will support you too!!!!

    right here, add me :) I am doing this for the fourth time this year...I lost 23 pounds using sparkpeople.com but stopped due to surgery and have gained 6 pounds back :(
