  • I decided to post mine, to become accountable for my bad little habits, and had my group annalyze it. very helpful points were given. I just hope you can't read my comments, cause some days I swear lots and bare my dirty laundry!:blushing:
  • So I was at Kelsey's for supper and of course HAD to look at the desset menu-with pics and all. I said they all looked disgusting at put it away. THAT IS SO NOT ME! I'm proud of myself, I've never done that before. I thought chicken fajitas would be a good choice there, but seem to still have a lot of…

  • Join in! We love new people. Once this ends, we restart when Biggest Loser starts-Sept.14 I think. Think of it as a warm up. There has been a ton of success with this group, and we are a very close supportive group with great people! :drinker: So, I'm in Cornwall, Ontario with my oldest girl and hubby, who has been a…
  • When I love a fast pace song my HR goes up more just listening to it while I exercise. It is awesome! Daft Punk-Digital Love. Tell me what you think.:flowerforyou:
  • Now weigh yourself 7 days after the 1st day, in am,etc. That's when you're apparently at your lightest. Taking my daughter to Ontaio to live for Hockey School tomorrow.  Mixed emotions of course for her, but I'll see her in Nov. if not sooner at hockey tournaments..So, I'll chat to you guys from there!
  • Thanks, well I've been able to incline power walk, for about 45 min, 3-4 x/wk. Thanks again for the answers. Hopefully I'll be back given 'er again. I soooo miss it.:drinker:
  • I think your HR should be more 80's 90's for your sprints. Go like hell and till you can't, rest-and standing on the edges is a great idea. I guess too, you could maybe do a set of say bicep curls, then run like hell again. Thanks Banksy, been wondering where you've been.:drinker: Here's a question. How long do you think…
  • Keep us posted, girl!
  • That's been my hook up. Thinking it was about lowering my HR. K, so 30/30. Can I then go hard and walk fast or do I have to jog?
  • I just finally became honest with myself and knew what I was doing wrong, and FINALLY got control. And I stuck to those calories allotted even on days I couldn't exercise.
  • So it doesn't matter if I walk to get it there? And it's ok if my Hr doewsn't go down that much?
  • I'd be checking the Docs credentials after that!
  • Bump it to Active. You are busy. Especially if you're full time and also workout. You need to eat to lose. Strange huh, but when I upped my cals, I got over my plateau! Try it for a couple weeks and see.
  • Love my Polar F 11!
  • So, I know I can't do Tabata yet, but what is a better way? I was going hard for 15 sec, but to get my Hr down, I walked fast for about 45sec. Is that ok?
  • K, it's my weigh in day-ready 140.4! Down 5.2 lbs! I'v e been Eating Clean and sticking to my calories for almost 2 weeks.  Finally something good happens! Only problem is I haven't been able to strength train for 3 weeks, so could be muscle mass loss. Either way, finally 1 good thing has…
  • K, I'm pleased to announce that I have finally lost weight...5.2 lbs! This is my thinnest time of the month, (my weigh in), I've now enjoyed CE and sticking to my calories properly, for almost 2 weeks. I feel and look better. Only thing is, maybe you guys know, I haven't been able to strength train either for that time.…
  • Finally, one good thing for me has happenend:tongue: I weighed in today, tomorrow actually the "thinnest"day of the monthe for me, but anyway-140.4!!! That's down 5.2 lbs! Two changes I've now made...the battery in the dang scale, and I've been Eating Clean for almost 2 weeks! I feel so good not eating sugar and…
  • Sani, I'm sure it's just fluid. 7 days after TOM is your lightest day of the month.
  • Just remember, your body doesn't know how to count, so your last 2 reps should be to fatigue. If your over 15, increase the weight. Also, mix things up to trick your muscles. One set do lighter weight with more reps, go slower up 2 sec, down 4 sec, and the next set do more weight with less reps. Seeing a trainer would help…
  • Same as you guys, but iron also.

  • Well welcome and keep it up! For sure add it into your leg routine, but I was doing it prob 1-2x/week.:drinker:
