I'm adding new songs to my ipod and was wondering if anyone had any good songs they like working out to

    anything from the new black eyed peas album! -- i went from barely being able to do week one of c25k to ALMOST doing week two with ease cuz those tunes pump me up! :bigsmile:

    When I love a fast pace song my HR goes up more just listening to it while I exercise. It is awesome!

    My usual music has not 'moved' me this week. I found BOOM BOOM by Black Eyed Peas and it made me rock out that ellip!

    I like upbeat girlie music so i workout to stuff like

    Poker Face
    Love Game
    Just Dance (all by lady gaga)
    Circus (britney spears)
    Hot N Cold (katy perry)

    there's a bunch more, but its usually anything that makes me want to get up and dance when I here it, it just seems to push me harder in my workouts when its upbeat like that

    My bff cracks up all the time about this but one of my fav songs to run to is "eye of the tiger", i mean seriously how can that song NOT get u pumped lol!

    I love that song too. They play that at the start of our Half Marathon in my City. One of the songs anyway.
