I will send you a request. I am a huge emotional/stress eater. I've been dealing with some postpartum depression so that hasnt helped either. I logged on today and saw that my last entry on june 1st I ate 4 little debbie turtle brownies (that I logged).

I could've wrote this myself...only difference is I'm 13 weeks postpartum. Breastfeeding makes me soooo ravenous! Remember, protein protein protein! I do believe you're being too hard on yourself. You're only 3 weeks post and it sounds like you're doing great! I lost weight throughout my pregnancy (not on purpose...I…

LOL seeing the title of this thread was enough to make me giggle. Been there done that LOL

For now I would say trust MFP's calculations. They're calculations are based approximately on your height and weight. Unless you're putting this information into the equipment you're using there's no way it would know if you're a male/female, height, weight all that stuff. Invest in a heart rate monitor. I love my polar…

Agreed about the Paleo/Primal. Google those. It's pretty much what I started doing to. Not following the guidelines by the book. I still eat fruits, veggies, yogurt, unsweetened almond milk...cheese...Just no bread, rice/starchy carbs and I'm finding that I feel great and not bloated at all. If you want to give it a try go…

I've looked into all these different shakes and personally they're not for me. They are highly too expensive for such a low supply. I prefer to spend my money on a good protein powder and make my own shakes. No added oils or sweeteners (unless I want them).

This is awesome. Looks like a great way to get your heart rate up.

Was focusing on other workouts this week so my miles are low. 21 done this week putting me at 37/80 miles complete.

My first week of the challenge is finito! Technically half a week since I started Thursday lol. 16/80 miles done. 64 to go!

Love this. I needed to see this post. I refuse to give up white rice too. I've been on a brown rice kick lately but after buying a bag of white I'm reminded of it's deliciousness. Also Bacon, Liquor, and any sweet treats I like in moderation.

Hi all! I'm new to the group but I'm definitely not new to Leslie. I love her videos! I'm always up for a challenge so this is perfect. Between today the 6th and the 31st I'm down to knock out 80 miles! That puts me at about 20 miles a week from here on. Will check in each Saturday with an update

Find a workout that you enjoy and promise yourself a specific time block during the day to do it. Break up a longer workout into 10-20 minute increments different times of the day then work up to the point where you feel confident enough to go the whole way through

I'm going to be a pretty awesome mom whilst her son enjoys the heck out of HIS halloween. Idk...it's just something about adults wearing costumes that screams kiddy & creepy at the same time. It's just not for me.

I freeze my fruit too. Best decision ever versus spending $4 on a bag of mixed fruit with only a handful of fruit inside LOL
-
I make my smoothies with fresh everything so I have no idea about the mixes...but I do recall hearing that smoothies are most effective when consumed right after making because the fruits/veggies that are added will lose their nutritional value if you let the smoothie sit for a set amount of time..

This. But I do both strength training and cardio 6 days a week. Each one every other day. But also keep in mind Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.

I don't really "cheat" anymore. I mean I still eat foods that I love that are both "healthy" and "unhealthy" but I don't think I've cheated in a while. Where I just....BINGE. Today is my rest day from exercise and I'm still logging calories but if I happen to go over on carbs or something else today is the day to…

If it's that bad you may need to go to the hospital. It could be food poisoning.

That attitude is exactly why you WILL fail again. You have no faith in yourself! Every day look in the mirror and say something you love about yourself and one thing you don't like. After that....work it out. 9/10 when you look in the mirror after working out you will be so proud of yourself for pushing through 30-40…

I just bought my first carton last weekend and absolutely love the Silk vanilla flavor. I was scared to try it too but I kept hearing how good it was. I'm pretty certain it's the only kind of milk I'll buy from now on aside from my almost 2 year old's whole milk.
