    Treadmill dance aerobics. Looks like a good way for me to get hurt (AKA Klutz...). Think I'll continue in a steady forward motion... :flowerforyou:
    that looks like so much more fun than running in a straight line.

    As long as she's safe and enjoying getting some exercise, I certainly won't say no. I'd probably even try to join in and, along with many others here, likely end up on my butt.

    Is it bad that I am wondering if she gets double calorie burning... some for walking on the treadmill and some for dancing? ..... I am SURE that the treadmill calorie counter was NOT counting all her calories :)

    Someone posted this before and it still cracks me up. I love the lady to the right awkwardly stretching her arms.

    Haha I had to go back and watch it again because I didn't notice her the first time... it looked like she was about to start dancing too and then changed her mind and tried to make it look like she was just going to stretch her arms
