I honestly don't. After this August Challenge I am doing, I'll weigh myself, but I am honestly nervous to look at a scale. I've had issues in the past where I just fluctuate, plateau or gain weight. So I don't dare look yet. However, after this challenge, I'll find another and weigh in after that one. (^_^)

I'm trying to go vegetarian...or pescetarian (which will be difficult since I don't like fish, but it's for health reasons). Try figuring out what you like first and then cater to those desires. Somedays I like sweet and spicy. So then I'll heat of the grill and grill some tofu, pineapple and jalepenos. Fix a side of beans…

I can't say I've been in a similar situation. I am honestly on here for me and me only. Find the reasons to continue for yourself and if you need a kick in the right, this one guy's blog got me thinking and I hope it does the same for you.…

MiniChallenge: jog a mile, walk/jog/run 3 by the end of a week, 50 leg-raises, no carbs one day, no candy sugars? all in addition to what we would normally do anyways.

Walking in this heat? Crazy but awesome chica. Please don't get sick! (just went through and read forum posts, lol)

Yes, jewelry and gift certificates are great. Going off the candle idea...perfume? Bath supplies?

Lol, what is it people keep saying on this website, much less off? "Do what works for you," as long as you don't starve and do ridiculous things. Best of luck people!

Hello, I'm interested in this challenge but I was wondering if you could possibly put me with a team? Looked for one, but they had the max amount of participants. Thanks for putting this all together too!

That's sweet tea hunny, and no I don't think you should. The actual brew counts for a few calories, especially after being chilled or if it's cafinated and adding sugar won't be good either. Substitute cold tea for hot tea for fewer calories.

@michelle2808 Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this! My first three-four days are quite similar and I have not thought of any natural or medical ways to prevent it, because I assume it is normal. I'm really looking forward to what people will have to offer.

Try something that'll be, yes, stylish, but also good for running, water absorbent, arch support, and padding for the sole of your feet. Admittedly, I have a pair of Brooks, and they've lasted me now for five years with many more years to go. It'll be worth it to spend a little extra on a good pair of shoes. Bring a list…

Hi, I just started my weight-loss journey and I honestly know that I have an unrealistic goal. I have a size 6 dress - I haven't been a size 6 since I was 12. However, with the encouragement of my military father (he just wants me to be more active), that has become my goal. Will I be upset if I don't reach that goal? Not…
