Fat bombs are a way to get extra fats. Look on Pinterest for lots of recipes.

I was also losing them slowly. So on those slow weeks, I do not eat all of them. I try and kick start my losses, it usually works (for me). Also, I try to forget I have the exercise calories. I rarely eat them.

I'm older than you but the similar height and weight. :-)

Park your car 10 minutes away from work. That way you HAVE to walk to get there. :-) I hate exercise too - I refuse to go to a gym. Walking, yard work and house cleaning are my forms of exercise. Just do what you like to do - forcing yourself to do something will never work, but you already know that. lol

First of all, welcome back! That's the first step in becoming healthier. Use your jeans as inspiration - you want to fit into them. Check in EVERY DAY and LOG every thing you eat and drink. Try and exercise every day or every other day. Don't set up unrealistic goals. Just a 10 minute walk works if that is all you can…

Your ex wants his cake and eat it too. Sounds like you need to do some emotional house cleaning and put the thought of a future relationship aside. Focus on yourself right now and take care of you and your daughter. If your ex owns an apt. house, it's funny he didn't offer you one of those units... If you have a job, live…

Welcome! You can do it! Your dogs will help you. :-) This site is tremendous as it keeps track of your carbs, fats, protein etc... Be sure to take a good look around at your settings and adjust them as needed.

Welcome! You are doing great by being here. I am 51 and mom to 2 as well.

IMHO, it really does not matter what TIME you eat, it's the total calories in a day that matter. When my stomach growls late at night, and I still have calories left in the day, I will pop a bag of 94% fat free popcorn. I will sometimes add 1/4 cup dried cranberries if I am craving something sweet. A large glass of water…

Congrats! That is the best feeling on the weight loss journey, uh? My husband asked me the other day if I had bought a new pair of capri's that I was wearing. I said, no, they just fit now. :-)

Too funny! THAT is how I acquired my nick name, TULA, hence my screen name. Since I AM Greek, eating somewhat vegetarian is quite easy. But I wish I could say I was a true vegetarian though. My family are big carnivores. When I do eat meat, it is very little. I try and eat whole foods, vegetables grilled with a good Greek…

Great mantra. Don't give up. :-)

I do the same thing. It helps keep me accountable. I also do the same with my meals. That way I won't be tempted to eat something else because I wrote it down already.

I'm new as well. I can always use more support from any and all new friends. :-)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding!! First off, eating healthy does NOT mean you eat cardboard. LOL Stick to the real foods and stay away from the processed stuff. Add more vegetables and fruit into your diet, that right there is a great start to eating healthier. What helps me is all the beautiful fruit and vegetables…

My favorite pair are Levi's 529 curvy boot cut. They make the gut absolutely disappear!!

Thanks for the warm welcome. :-) I am a heart patient and am not allowed to do anything strenuous. So that removes most exercise for me except walking. Good thing I like to do that! Does anyone have any exercise ideas that have worked for you (that were not strenuous)? have a great evening, Robin

When I find myself really hungry at night, I pop a bag of microwave popcorn. I use the Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop 94% Fat Free Butter popcorn and it's only 120 calories for half a bag. I add 1/4 cup dried cranberries so I get the sweet and salty fix. LOL
