amizon.com i bought a polar f6 for about 50$ there were cheaper brands also but it works great it comes with strap and watch its addicting to wear it to see what u burn doing all sorts of stuff!! yard work is the best mowing the lawn and raking it amazing what u burn :)

omg yeah thats way to hot lol ur gonna laugh but i live in michgan yucky weather lol but this week we have had 80 degree weather and my central air is on already!! im just very determined to lose the weight !! working out at night is not for everyone but im a night owl!!! and i can sleep whenever(guess im lucky like that)…

i also have shin splint but if i start at a slow walk and really warm up first like 15 min(ugh it stinks but it works for me) when i speed up or run there not to bad!! i love love love the eliptical though my knees and shins never hurt!!

if your awake at night to snack u can workout instead!! tons of water and will power!! u can do it!!! lol brushing your teeth is a great idea!

i like rasberry vodka and water(u can get any sparkling water too lacroix berry is awesome with this) coconut rum and any diet pop or crystal light(any flavor u like) is good.

i got my polar on amazon .com best price out there 80$ for the ft6 i love it!! its fun. it keeps me modivated cuz i want to wear it and excerise all the time to see how many calories i can burn!!

so im on day 29 of 30 day shred i skipped 4days total the whole month but did other excersises those days!!! i feel great im going on to level 2 for month 2:) wish me luck jillian kicks my butt!!! lol im down a total of 17lbs in 2 months but im stuck no weight loss in 3 weeks. im losing inches though?? any thoughts? carrie

molly i am also a nurse and work 12hr midnights. i do alot of low impact cardio disco abs / jillian micheals 30day shred/ hip hop body shop have you tried glucosmine with condrointe and msm (triple strength)??? i use pill form it takes approx 2 weeks to get into your system( i bought mine at purtians pride.com) im not sure…
