My January Miles Challenge peeps EXCEEDED the 1000 mile goal. Let's do 1500 miles as a group this month!


We'll be using the same formula to track the group's progress:

____(My Miles) + ______ (Previous Group Miles) = _______ (New Group Miles)

Example: 2.50 (My Miles) + 50 (Previous Group Miles) = 52.50 (New Group Miles)

Runners, Walkers, Eliptical and bike riders all welcome to join.

    I'm totally joining in on the fun :-). My goal this year is to travel 2011 miles in 2011. I have 144.6 so far with hopes of finishing January with a nice round number like 150. Let's get moving!!

    I'm a biker, going for 7,500mi this year. I'll be good for 600mi a month alone.

    Some people (like me!) post every day they do miles but you're welcome to post whenever you want! Whatever keeps you motivated!

    Everyone should at least check in by FRIDAY of each week, though. Please and Thank you!

    No worries!

    Basically, we are all making an effort to exercise more and log our miles. We're going to check in and announce our miles once they're completed. (My total) is then added to the last recorded group total (Previous Group Miles) to get the most recent total (New Group Total) as a group.

    Does that make sense?
