Thanks to Icy weather...No work for the past 3 days so I have been taking the advantage of working out...
I did walk on my treadmill for 5 miles today, ...so glad but my feets are numb..:(
I did not see any miles posted after Amelia....so picking it up from there...

So are we counting bike miles or no? I did the bike last night and I don't want to add them and then have to take them away! hahaha0

Bike miles aren't included They effect the miles curve too much.

I'm in on this...a friend and I walk our under ground tunnel at work. And I think the whole thing is at least a mile maybe more...and if I go to the gym - and do the elpitical that's even more or even the tread mill...0

I got SUPER intimidated at my new gym today and cut my running day short.
First off, I couldn't figure out what or where half of the weight machines were. THEN, I got the ONLY hot pink treadmill in the place and I was wearing a purple shirt! I know these are stupid things but I felt so awkward.
