    I'm in on this...a friend and I walk our under ground tunnel at work. And I think the whole thing is at least a mile maybe more...and if I go to the gym - and do the elpitical that's even more or even the tread mill...

    I got SUPER intimidated at my new gym today and cut my running day short.

    First off, I couldn't figure out what or where half of the weight machines were. THEN, I got the ONLY hot pink treadmill in the place and I was wearing a purple shirt! I know these are stupid things but I felt so awkward.

    I'll try again Wednesday!

    I'd like to join this group. I try to go running 3-5 days/week. It's usually Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat/Sun but I might go running tomorrow. I'm tagging this thread so I can post my miles when I'm done.
