I have used egg white protein because I am also lactose intolerent. I usually make my proteinwith either Lactaid Milk or Smart Balace Lactose free milk.

I think it is more circuit training because of its mix of cardio and strength training moves. That is how I would record it on MFP.

I had those issues with my protein powder too. I learned that drinking a glass of water right after helps. I usually drink two to be extra cautious. :laugh:

That website is awesome! My favoritre recipe so far is the Lighter Eggplant Parmesan. I have made it twice! Delicious!!!
