Losing Muscle

For a while I was losing fat and gaining muscle – in the past few weeks however I’m Gaining Fat and Losing Muscle. I’ve recently added in more protein and started regular and hard resistance training and heavy lifting. Are there any other tips out there? I’m also going to do a rest day because I’d rather stop losing weight (and maybe even gain weight) than lose any more muscle.

    Bump for more info. I am having the same problem: losing weight and losing muscle. I would rather keep the muscle.

    Btw, what website or app are you using to give you that graphed info? It looks cool!
