  • thanks a lot for that !! i was surprised that he was so big on soy proteins.. i personaly dont like to eat too much of one thing and i try to limit my soy intake .. (id say about 75% of my protein comes from soy and that's too much .. not enough variety...) that was very informative for me though . :happy:
  • hello 25 grams is about right ! Too, much fiber can cause problems. Eating more than 50-60 grams of fiber a day can interfere with nutrient absorption and cause digestive problems. It's best to increase your fiber intake slowly over time. Be sure to drink plenty of water as you do. take care !!
