I found these articles, and while they're focused on cycling, they're definately applicable to all types of athletics. They're written by a competitive cyclist/coach, and he really explains everything very well. Hope these help ya'll out!

thanks a lot for that !!
i was surprised that he was so big on soy proteins.. i personaly dont like to eat too much of one thing and i try to limit my soy intake .. (id say about 75% of my protein comes from soy and that's too much .. not enough variety...)
