Tip on staying away from evening snacking
Found a new way of stopping my evening snacking....my mum has put an alarm on my phone at random times and as the alarm she has said random funny comments/quotes etc! Its a suprise and really makes your mind think step away and smile about it

Calorie intake?
Hi, To lose 1lb how much calorie intake is reccomended? Same to lose 2lb a week? I do 30min workout at least 3 times a week. I also try and do at least 1hour dog walk twice a day. Thanks :)

Which supermarket is your favourite?
Hi, I am interested in which supermarket you all choose to go for a weekly shop. It was mums 'job' then uni life (toast, toast and more toast) but now that I do a weekly shop I struggle to find which one is cheapest and best for more variety and choice. Sick of the excuses
Hi, Im struggling with food control i can manage until the eveninf where i just est and eat till i feel sick. Hi, I really struggle with knowing when to stop. I seem to eat and eat and eat. I dont feel full and i dont feel hungry. I used to eat when i was upset but it has just turned into snacking constantly. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone managed to get rid of it? Thanks

Hi, I have epilepsy and so far jogging, horse riding, dvd workouts, power walk and swimming seems to trigger seizures. I do yoga but only once a week. Can anyone suggest a calming but losing weight exercise to try? Thanks
