So maybe I've been kidding myself, but I just took my measurements and put them into a bfp calculator and it told me that I'm 39%. Does anyone have a reliable (cheap) way of calculating body fat%?

Frame size and weight

Heart rate to calories burned
So I got a new heartrate monitor and went through my normal olympic lifting routine, cleans, power cleans, snatches and power snatches and when I synced it to my phone it said that I burned 918 calories!!! My HR got up to 200 but I have a fast HR normally. Is there anyway this is accurate

How do I calculate kcals burned from heart rate?
I'm sure that I could just Google this but I trust you guys more than Google. I just bought the heart rate monitor that syncs with my Garmin vivofit. I know that when you use heart rate to calculate calories burned it's more accurate and I'm all about accuracy. Does anyone know the formula?

Olympic Lifts
Now that I have the clean and jerk down I really want to start working on my squat snatch but I can't seem to muster enough strength at the end of the movement. Does anyone have any drills they think might help?

Gaining weight
I've been working out since the first of the year every week 4-5x a week, both cardio and weights. Went from 163 to 170 since December. I'm not lifting often enough to warrent this kind of weight gain and I don't know what to do!
