Protein powder help

Options
Hey guys! I really need new protein powder. I like to use it after workouts but I also like to use it for breakfast sometimes. I'd like something that is kind of low in calories but it's not a deal breaker. Can anyone help me?

Optimum Nutrition performance whey isolate is good, really easy to mix and inexpensive at Costco ($10/lb right now). 30 grams of protein per scoop, 140 calories, 120 of which are protein.

How is anyone supposed to give you suggestions on a "new" protein powder when you make no mention of what powder you have already tried. I use optimum nutrition if that is helpful information for you. Of course it is always better to get your protein from actual food. Protein powder is a supplement, it is not meant to be in the place of food.

I only do it once a week when I swim at 5 am and don't have time to make a real breakfast. I was using whole gains but I'm almost out and so tired of mango
