Two-a-day

I've hit a serious plateau and need a kick start off of it. Has anyone tried doing cycles of working out twice a day? Im going to be doing mostly cardio with light weights.

    Have often lifted in the morning and ran in the afternoon/evening.

    Two days a week I lift in the morning and do a spinning class in the evening. I'm also considering running a few evenings a week while doing yoga in the morning. Just be really cognizant of how you feel and make sure you're getting enough fuel.

    I do either heavy weights in the morning and cardio in the evening (or vice versa). I also have a few days a week I do some HIIT and lighter lifting later. I love 2 a days!
