So I've been working on my back for a while now, and I always end up running out of lifting excercise to do! HELP???

Rows to the chest, not bottom of ribs, lat pulls to the back of the head, supermans, and reverse fly's are what I used to do to strengthen, tone, and minimize back pain. You want higher weights and high reps for 3 sets.0
