Hi all! I want a fitness band that I can wear that will track calories from all activities (including lifting) and heart rate. Additional features are a bonus- like sleep tracking, etc. I have read reviews on the two Polars above and seem good. Anyone try them? Do you use something else you like a lot?

Wrong number of calories?!
So I followed Scooby and heybales spreadsheet and all had me at TDEE 1700 eating (with 15% cut...showed my burn closer to 2000 with activity level). Yet I got the Fitbit Charge HR and it shows my daily burn at only 1800. Which means I've been eatin too much!! So kinda losing faith in the EM2WL bc all calculations I've been…

Correct- here are measurements of 30 day progress
Ok so I have moved...up. That's depressing. Here are my numbers on March 31 and today: Waist: 29 then.... 29.75 now Belly: 36 then...35.25 now Hips: 37.5 then...38.5 now Butt: 39 then...39 now Arms: 11 then...11.5 now Thighs: 22 then...20.5 now Weight: 143.3 then...144.2 now So outside of very minimal slimming of belly…

Calories burned discrepancy
So MFP puts my 30 min strength training at 98 calories and my 20 min cardio at 90 calories. But my Polar FT7 which uses heart rate monitoring has me at 321 calories total for the two. That's a large difference. I would think Polar is right bc configured to my age, height, weight and constant HR monitoring during exercise…

Refeed- maintenance or more?
Going to do a cheat day/refeed today as I have stalled and am also sick and just feel like it lol. My TDEE is 1792-1932 (I swear I have gone to Scooby 3 different times and enter the same info and it changes numbers every week). Should I just eat at TDEE we will say of 1825 or do more or less?

Why am I SO HUNGRY?!
I used to eat 1200 calories and not be hungry and yes I did some work outs. Now I eat 1400-1500 (TDEE -15% is 1380) and work out 3x week weight lifting but I am STARVING. Even at 1500 I am SUPER hungry and stomach growls all night and can wake me up. What gives??

so I was working out 3 days a week weights and 3 days a week light cardio (bike ride, walk, etc). But since general advice is to do intense compound workouts I wonder if it's best to do compound 3x week and then isolation on all other days? IE instead of lunges with bicep curl or squat with overhead press...just do lunges…

Eat BMR or TDEE on a day of nothing?
So on a lazy day where outside of walking around the house to get food, use the restroom, etc I am just watching TV or reading and not doing anything active- should I eat BMR or TDEE or the TDEE minus 15% (which I do on workout days)??
