So does anyone agree, that if you tally your 7 days worth of calories. Then stay under that total for the week, is that the same as staying under CL daily? Just wondered if it would make a difference in case a person went over one day say going out to dinner … thx

Cancker sore

Settings
I am down 30 pounds since May 17 when I joined @ 1760 per day. I started at 267 and 237 now. At what point do I change my settings? That is 30 pounds in 25 weeks nice and slow. Male 5'10.

Rash
Seem to be getting a red rash around the left side belly fat fold.. I never had it before and wonder if it is sagging skin issue from my weight loss. It is about the size of a mouth and looks like a lips kiss.. lol --- it's not. Any suggestions on what to use on it?

Loose Skin
Down about 22 pounds now and wondering about the loose skin issues. How bad is it going to be? I'm losing very slowly, the last 15 pounds in 10 weeks.

Slow down
Today is day 50 and I am only down to 258 from 269. Am I being impatient? I feel my pants are loser, and I am logging and weighing food correctly at 1760 per day. In fact, I always have surplus calories of at least 50 per day. I drink 4 bottles of water daily.. plus 3 cups of black coffee.. getting discouraged.

One week later
One week since my last post @ 251.50. This morning @ 251 but that is ok. Went to show Sunday and saw Suicide Squad and had a half container of movie popcorn.. haha but still stayed at my 1760 for the day. So I think all that butter and salt stalled me, but I will persevere... Super Ekim is determined!!!!

Really Working Now
I am @ 251.5 now....began mfp seriously 5/17 @ 269. But went to doctor Friday and he said in November I was 284... but quit all alcohol and sugar on March 1 @ 277 Then got on my 1760 per day 5/17. So the combination of no sugars, no alcohol and CICO is really working for me !!!

Understanding Weight Loss
Hello all.. new guy. So on 5/17 I signed up @ 269 pounds. 65 yr old man. So the calculator tells me 1760 calories per day to lose 1.5 per week. Is that safe... so confused over BMR and TDEE I have stayed around 1700 per day and not gone over. Lost 5 pounds as of today... one week later. Thanks Ekim
