This is probably been addressed a lot but I wanted some input. If I stay under my calorie limits daily, does it really matter if I eat a lot of the dollar store popcorn each day? I know it has a lot of SALT but I like to have 3 cups after dinner to stay "regular". Because I have noticed I quit losing a couple months ago and that is when I started having the poopcorn. I have been stuck at 235 for the past few months but stay below my 1560. 5'10 male, started on mfp one year ago !!!

I gave up excessive salt for Lent and while it didn't make a difference in weight loss, I did sleep better because, counter-intuitively, excess salt right before bed makes me need to pee more at night.
