Looking at the reports feature. What is the difference between Net Calories and Calories? I'm trying to figure out why I have stalled after I lowered from 1760 to 1560 back in February ....weighing and tracking my food conscientiously. I will fluctuate 233 to 236 various days but never get below 233. I started last May @ 269 and got to 236 in December very easily. So I figured I should recalculate my goals and calorie level. Strange....
