. . . who didn’t know that water - plain, simple tap water - has sodium in it? Where is that in the whole H2O formulation? I was deleting a duplicate water entry in my food diary when I saw 24 Mg of something. Sure enough, it’s sodium. I live an hour from the ocean; why do they think I’m drinking salt water?
