Water weight

Does everyone eat snacks or just main meals. I've been trying to stick to just main meals as I'm a serial grazer when it comes to eating, but feel I need a small afternoon snack. Getting enough fats
Is there a minimum amount of fat I should be eating if under 20g of carbs per day? I feel ok with what I am eating, sleeping better, feeling healthy, losing weight, but I don't want my health to go downwards if I'm not eating enough fat to fuel my body, so how much would I need? Is 15/20mins a day enough?
Hi there, I currently use my rowing machine on interval setting for 15mins a day. Some days I will switch up and either do a random hiit workout or some weights (not the heavy lifting more of a full body workout with 5kg dumbbells) is this enough time per day or should I try to go longer ???

Problem areas
Wouldn't it be awesome if we could target areas to lose weight from. I have been losing I guess from all over (22lb) but would love love love to target my belly and inner thighs. Anyone else ?!

Working out while fasted
I've been working out early am while fasted for the last 2 months I'm guessing I'm a little weaker while in fasted state than I would be otherwise? What are people thoughts on working out fasted or non-fasted ? Will it do me any harm/not give me any benefit?

I've always thought it was one of the less used machines and how can it work if your sat on your butt..... but I've been reading up on it and apparently they are one of the best machines to use. Thoughts?

So I've connected my jawbone tracker to myfitness pal but it seems to be minusing my excercise rather than adding it, surely it should give me more calories to eat exercising not less?? Any ideas?

So I've synced up my wristwatch tracker to myfitness pal but am getting negative calories for excercise.. calories given - calories consumed - excercise giving me a smaller allowance. Surely it should be + excercise. Help please anyone
