Does anyone know of any good/free boxing workout video/people?
Before anyone asks I don't have specific goals, I have access to a heavy bag and gloves and just want to use them. Thank you

    I like some of this fellow's YouTube videos for hitting a heavy bag in my garage. I'm a beginner, just doing it for exercise...I've got a heavy bag and a double-ended bag that I like to hit.

    I found there were several boxing/interval round timers on the iPhone app store. I imagine there would be similar things for other phones as well in their 'app' area. The one I'm using is called, "Boxing iTimer Lite", which seems to work well with the workouts mentioned on that guy's YouTube.
