Healthy/good fats

On the lookout for healthy fats. I have the coconut oil and olive oil but that's it. I really don't like avacado which seems to be the big one people recommend. So anyone have any other ideas please?

Fatty cuts of meat. Oily fish. Milk, yogurt, butter. Nuts. Eggs.5

OP, nuts and seeds and fattier fish are great sources. Actual olives are good too, if you enjoy them (I love them way too much).

Then I won't recommend my delicious fish cooked in brown butter, with vegetables and a dash of vinegar, followed by some dark chocolate for dessert! ;-)2

I would avoid vegetable oils like canola, corn, vegetable oils. They go rancid quickly and the the sterols in them aren't very healthful.
I would also avoid manmade trans fats.
Beyond that, enjoy tallow, lard, butter, olive oil, ghee, coconut oil, MCT oil, avocado oil, and fatty meats like beef, pork, dark poultry meat and whole eggs, plus full fat dairy. Some tree nuts and their oils are great too.2 -
Canola oil is another good one. I use it a lot for baking.0

I love almond butter. Healthy fats and fiber in one package!1

Coconut oil, dairy fat and cocoa are my fat sources
(sometimes a little olive oil)
