Increase then decrease calories? is it a good thing?
So I was wondering, if youve been on the same diet for over a year, 1200 calories for instance. Lost 17 kg. Can increasing your calorie intake for one week then start the same calories ( 1200 ) next week again be a good thing? To like kickstart your weightloss again?
