So tomorrow im thinking of fasting the whole day until next morning, today I ate quite a bit because my moms birthday was today, i want to fast and get on track again, after fasting im thinking of going back to my 1100-1200 calories track (im around 157 cm, 56 kg). Is this and ok thing to do? dont know if i will fast for 1 day or 2.
my question is, will I lose some weight while fasting? how much do you lose fasting one day usually? ik i post here a lot, im sorry if its annoying! just have lots of questions, Thanks:)<3

As was stated in your other post by several people, it is not healthy for you to be eating less than 1200 calories per day. It is also not a healthy mindset to punish yourself for one day of indulgence by not eating the next day. Most of any weight you gain from a single day of indulgence will be water weight and typically come off naturally within a few days. Just move on and get back to eating in a reasonable calorie deficit.8

It's probably not a good thing to do. Do you even know how many calories you ate today, so you would know whether the 2 days averaged together are a reasonable two-day total?
Fasting isn't "getting on track again." It's doing something that in its own way is at least as much, if not more, off track than eating a bit more for a family birthday celebration.
And you should be eating at least 1200 kcal, not between 1100 and 1200. You're already a healthy weight; you shouldn't be aiming for a deep deficit.
You'll mostly lose water weight while fasting for a day. There's nothing desirable about that, unless a doctor has diagnosed you with dangerous levels of water retention that you need to bring down.5 -

It's not a problem that you're posting a lot, but it seems like you keep asking the questions because you are ignoring all the advice you don't want to hear.- You are already a healthy weight for your height. So you should be looking to lose 0.25-0.5 kg per week.
- Losing weight while already at a healthy weight requires patience - you will not see your progress clearly on the scale every day or even every week.
- Even if you are completely sedentary, your TDEE is at least @ 1500 cals. So you should be eating 1250 calories PLUS logging your exercise and eating back some of those calories as well.
- For many people, overeating one day and fasting the next will cause them to fall into a binge/restrict cycle that will keep their body under constant stress and make it impossible for them to keep to a consistent deficit.
You don't need to do anything to get back on track, other than to start eating the right amount of calories, and talking to someone about your unhealthy thinking about food and your weight.14 -
I'd strongly suggest talking to your doctor about these concerns rather than posting here. Hopefully, a doctor would successfully point you in the right direction. We can't help you, as you are not at a point where you want to take on advice. It appears that you just want someone to confirm that what you are doing is ok, while ignoring other posts, in order to justify undereating.7
