I was thinking of doing the zigzag diet,
monday: 1200 cal
tuesday:1004
wednesday:1350
thursday:1200
friday:1100
saturday:1300
Sunday:1200
Will I lose weight if I use this plan or should I just keep sticking to the 1200 calories a day plan, which is faster?
My height is 158 cm, im 56 kg now. Goal is 47 kg.

This is not a healthy or safe plan. Your daily average is under 1200 calories, you are in a normal BMI, and your goal is very close to underweight. Please reconsider your target weight and how fast you can safely lose.16

Weekly targets are fine as long as they're based on a practical, achievable and appropriate calorie deficit.
Put your details into MFP, pick a reasonable rate of loss and you'll get an appropriate daily calorie target. Times that number by 7 and there's your weekly calorie target. Eat to target.2 -
I do a weekly target - just makes it easier to be flexible.
So I know I need to average 1710 as my daily target but ok to have some days higher or lower than others.
Can't imagine doing it as precisely as your plan though - that seems very opposite of flexibility so kind of defeats purpose of weekly target to me.
And You won't lose any faster by having variations of days but weekly target on track, vs eating exactly daily amount each day.
Average over time is what matters, however you get there.4 -
OP, you posted yesterday asking about 5:2 fasting. Why the desperate rush to lose that 9kg? Why do you want to go so fast? Slow and steady wins the race here 😊 Your goal weight would put you as borderline underweight. That's really not a good look.
Why not just do what was suggested yesterday; tighten up your logging, eat the MFP suggested amount of daily calories and see where that leaves you after some time?
