Orangetheory Fitness and Fitbit
For those of you that do OTF, do you wear your Fitbit during class? Do you add the calories burned from OTF? Does the MFP do the adjusting? I don’t want to double dip, but I don’t want to not record calories burned if the app adjusts.

I just got back from the gym. I tried out my new Polar F55 HRM for the first time. The HRM was right on target with the th HRMs on the machines. When I am entering nutrition information for Vitamins A&C and Iron and Calcium, some of the information is listed as mg and some is listed as % based on 2000 calories per day.
