Good morning, SBF2s! It looks like your posting has changed since I was last logging in regularly? I hope it is ok that I started a thread today. My main goal for today is to stay within my calorie range. I also need to get my water intake back up to where it is supossed to be. I have let that slide. :huh: Back at the gym tomorrow morning.:bigsmile:
