Polar F11 vs. Polar F55 HRMs

I'm thinking about asking for a HRM for Christmas. I've heard of the Polar HMRs, so have looked them up on line. Do any of you have thoughts on the Polar F11 vs. the Polar F55? The Polar F55 has everything the Polar F11 has, but it also has a strength training monitoring feature. It costs a little more, so I'm wondering if it is worth the extra. Or, if you have other recommendations, I'd like to hear those, too.
