Broken Scales!
Hi, One of the feet on my scales has come off and I cannot find it. Is this fixable? I've tried sitting something of a similar size underneath, but the readings are not consistent, fluctuating quite a bit when I lean certain ways. I don't really want to buy new scales! Any Ideas, or has anyone else had this problem?

outer thigh strength
Hi, I have just started jogging this week, along with my walking I have covered 30km in the last couple of days. Help with new scales?
Hi, I just bought a new set of scales showing that I am the following: Kg - 83.1 Water - 50.9% Muscle - 38.8% Fat - 25.5% Bone - 14% 1stly, the percentages do not add up to 100? and, how do I best use this information?.. Is there a site that can tell be the ideal proportions for my height (172cm) age (31) and sex (male)?

Back again!
Hi, I made great use of MFP last year, losing 17kg but slowly drifted back into really bad eating habbits and have now undone 11kg of my hard work. So I'm back and need some motivational friends! somthing that helped me a great deal last time :) Cheers, Clint.

Water intake/dehydration..
Hi, I have been a good boy and have been drinking anywhere between 3-5 litres of water a day and I feel great, but, I wake up in the morning dehydrated it would seem, well I at least have quite dry lips. I have started having some staminade in the mornings to rehydrate but is there a way of stopping the morning dry's?

a plateau then a rapid drop?
Hi, I plateaued for about a week and then in the last 3 days dropped 1.4 kg, I was sceptical yesterday so I waited another day and was still the same weight thismorning? The only thing I have changed is my water consumption which I have doubled over the last 5 days to about 3 litres a days... Can anyone explain?
