Note: more to do with dieting,
  • Hi, I can't see what you have been doing. I am fairly new also but am having pretty good success. Are you hungry all the time? Getting any good exercise in? Let me know...

You have to change your diary settings to public so we can see it.

I was eating naughty meal portions before I started so I do get a bit hungry between meals but I snack very lightly on Almonds and drink lots of water and a couple of pepsi max (only 1 cal) very light on the exercise so far, not trying to do too much too soon on this radical diet change.

Pretty big diet change for me over the last few days, my meal portions were big and fatty, with little good stuff! I will start exercise next week just a very small amount of sit ups/push ups till then.. where is a good start for strength training? I have a bench press in the garage collecting spiders.

One thing to remember, it's much harder to try and continue eating unhealthy food in small portions than it is to make overall healthy choices. If you eat healthy enough, you definitely will have plenty to eat and not have cravings. I'm sure you'll notice this on your own though!

edited to add: Not to say that you shouldn't indulge here and there to maintain sanity...that is important too

oh yes, dust it off! One of the first things I learned was how working/building the muscles helps you burn calories even when you are at rest. Plus they look good

LOTS of instructional vids on youtube :drinker:
