how much protein after workouts?

I just completed a level 1 30DS and I'm wondering how much protein I need? I just had 13g following the workout, is that enough?

    There are many articles saying that you really can't process more than 20-30g in one sitting. Most of my protein shakes are around 26g but I drink them between meals too, not just after a workout. That's what I bring to the gym to drink during the workout too. 13g is better than none and probably just fine.

    If you're getting a good amount during your day, I wouldn't worry about it. :)
