I am on my third day and feel like I am doing a pretty good job but If any of you were to check my profile and maybe give me some tips on where I may need to make some changes I will be very greatful :smile:

Note: mostly to do with diet.

    Ha, I started it with my diary off public and it seemed to be abandoned before I fixed it :blushing:

    Oh! Ha ha. That's not uncommon .....lots of threads get abandoned quickly. Good luck!
  • Your breakfast and lunches look awfully large...have you tried the 6 smaller meals a day method? It allows your body to burn those calories before you consume again, without "stockpiling" on top of old calories that may not get burnt at all then. And how did you make your diary viewable? I tried but it didn't work...or maybe it did and i just can't see it when I look at my own profile! =)

    Diary Settings (not Profile Privacy Settings) then
    select - public, done
