I am on my third day and feel like I am doing a pretty good job but If any of you were to check my profile and maybe give me some tips on where I may need to make some changes I will be very greatful

Your breakfast and lunches look awfully large...have you tried the 6 smaller meals a day method? It allows your body to burn those calories before you consume again, without "stockpiling" on top of old calories that may not get burnt at all then. And how did you make your diary viewable? I tried but it didn't work...or maybe it did and i just can't see it when I look at my own profile!0
