Am I Hungry?

Pain while power-walking/jogging
Every time I do my routine my shins hurt and my ankle goes numb. It feels weird when I try and wiggle it side to side. I'm not sure if this means I am pushing myself too hard or if my shoes aren't the right kinds? My shoes are walking/running shoes that I got from a proper store. Any ideas? :huh:

Weekends Are Rough
On weekdays things are easier to monitor and know the calories because I eat at home. On the weekends it gets very difficult because my family and I go out to dinner. Getting back on track.
Well, I had lost about 8 pounds. Then I went on a 12 day cruise and I pretty much gained it all back and then some. I was around 170 when I left and now I weight 180 or so. It's made it so hard to want to get back on track. Also, it's summer now and it's hot out. I am kind of paranoid power walking in 90 degree weather. :(

Recumbent Bike Knee Pain?
I was recently given a recumbent bike and I find when I use it my knees start to ache when pedaling. I'm usually okay the first time I use it but the days after my knees ache too much to use it. I've tried messing with the adjustment of the length and stuff but it didn't really help. Any ideas?

Hey everyone, I am currently doing around 30 minutes of power walking with some jogging five times a week.(M-F) I've been pretty good about tracking and staying under my calories too. I am just worried that I won't lose any weight because I am not doing enough exercise. What do you think?

Ouch...my legs.
Ok, so I have been power walking/jogging on and off for the past few weeks or so. I find that after every time I go my ankles and calves burn and go numb. Is this just because my body isn't use to the exercise or is it my shoes? I don't think I'm pushing myself too hard because I only go around 20 minutes at a time.

I actually went for a power walk around the neighborhood. I tried to throw some interval jogging into it too just because when I started I felt like what I was doing wasn't hard enough.
