Same cramp in the same place.....every time.

I'm not really sure where to categorize this but.....90% of the time I go out walking, I find I get a cramp under my lowest rib on my right side. I've tried different breathing patterns and drinking some water before I go out for my power walk-jog. I've cut out the jogging intervals because I found that it was making the cramp more painful and then it would make my power walking a pain. Today, I was power walking only and it came back, it wasn't as painful as if I had been running but it was still there....same place...every time! Any ideas as to why this is happening? Thanks!

I get this upon occasion, but usually only if i'm over-doing it with my water intake. if you're gulping down your water in the middle of your cardio, try to change that... it can cause the cramps. instead, take small sips.. if you're REALLY parched, stop for a couple minutes, drink your water, stretch, and go back to it.
something that i found that helps... breaking in your nose, and out of your mouth.
hopefully this helps!0 -
I dun wanna break in my nose! :P I usually just pinch the skin where it's at and it kinda goes away.0
