Belly Fat?

Hello!
For a long long time I have had this belly fat that seems to not budge. I've lost 10 pounds since starting college and it still looks the same! I'm 6'2" and weight 162 pounds now. I've started to go power-walking again since I am home for the summer and it is too nice out to not enjoy the weather. Plus, sleeping all day can't be too healthy for you.
I was just wondering if you had any ideas as to what would make the belly fat go away, or what would be the best way to get rid of it? I'm guessing with time and exercise it will start to shrink down.
Thanks!

Spot reduction is impossible. If you lose more weight it will eventually come from there. Where your body stores fat is genetic. There are no exercises you can do or foods to eat/not eat to target where your fat is lost.0

Oh, yeah. For sure spot reduction doesn't work. I'm just hoping that the cardio I do will help shrink it!0
