How do you eat?
Do you have 3 meals and 1 snack, 2 snacks.. Do you wait til your tummy growls before you eat again? Just curious on how everyone else works.. lol I'm post happy today.

And I was up .2 of a lb. I did fairly well last week, but Saturday and Sunday I SCREWED up big time. So I guess it's good I'm basically the same. Me and my kids went to my mother's for the night. They went and bought us all sweets. I went over calories by 800 and I never worked out. How often?
How often are ya'll exercising? My plan only calls for 3 times for 3 minutes. I've worked out 20 minutes, 50 minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes. Should I work out more?

Holy Hot Chocolate Batman!!!!
I never ever knew that Swiss Miss Hot chocolate has 120 calories per one pack! I drink 2 packs at a time. 240 calories. WOW.. I'm going to have to work out today to keep from going over calories. I haven't even had lunch yet!

When I cook dinner I make meals for 5 people.. I have a recipe calculator, where you enter all the ingredients and the number of servings and it tells you how many cals per serving. I got it on another site, not sure if this one has it. Anyways, how do I enter those cals in?

When you first started
drinking all of this water, did you feel bloated as heck? I feel sooo full all the time, I want to eat, but basically have to force it down to get my calories in.. Will it go away?

Eating out of habit?
Here it is almost midnight. I am in my calorie range. Done 50 minutes on the treadmill. Great start to the rest of my life right? Not hungry at all.... BUT I WANT FOOOD!!!!!! Why? How much sleep?
Do you get a night. I went to bed around 1 am last night and got up at 6:45 and I can't keep my eyes open. I can go to bed a hour earlier and it's the same.. So how many hours are you getting of sleep... I shouldn't be this tired all the time..

First night I've exercised in a long time. I had to argue myself through the ENTIRE thing. Still Confused...
I have read and re read and read the links about eating your calories and BMR and I'm still so confused... My BMR is 2,080 per day. My daily goal is 1200 calories per day My daily calories burned is 223. So... I need to eat the 1200 calories, and the 223 calories, if I burn that much? Sorry, I am a blonde!!
