Approaching 60 and need support motivation
11 months before I reach the Big 60 and would like some support/motivation to keep on track I need to lose 20lbs and get fitter. Finding it harder as I get older so would be grateful for any friends in a similar situation

Fit ball class
Has anyone any idea's how many calories a Fit Ball class would burn, done 15mins Aerobics to warm up then around 40 mins of Fit Ball then 5 mins stretching to cool down, or if no body knows where would I find out.
