My new Year resolution was out the window by the 2nd being a dry January, but I enjoyed the day and have been alcohol free since then. Of course you can do it, just give yourself small targets and before you know it you will be where you want to be. Remember eat less and exercise more, wish it was that simple ;-) Very good luck and let me know how you are doing :-)

I started, lost, gained then stopped more times than I care to remember. In fact today is another start day :-( I am the heaviest now that I've been for the last 2 years and I really must get to grips with the whole healthy lifestyle and exercise concept once and for all. Diificult one here, my daughter is now 31 and got married on Saturday but I remember those awful teenage years with her. Withdrawal of things she likes might help but then might make her go the other way. I think sitting down and talking to her an adult and ask her what the problem is.
