TDEE and exercise calories - does this sound right?
I lift 3 times a week. Can I set my TDEE - 20% for 1-3 hours of light exercise/week and then log lifting at 1 calorie, thus not eating back those calories. Any additional exercise I complete during the week I will log and eat back since it is more random. Does this sound like the most logical route? I just can't decide.

Is it okay to net less than BMR?
As long as you are eating at least BMR, often over...is it okay to net less? Any opinions or thoughts on this? Edited to add: My BMR is 1565 and I always make sure I eat at least 1300 calories.

I have been so wishy washy on my calorie goals. I just can't decide. Is BMR + exercise cals a pretty logical way to go about it? I have about 30-40 pounds left to lose, if that matters. I ordered a polar HRM, hoping to get a better idea of calories burned. When is this feature accurate? I understand that it is accurate for running, elliptical, etc but what about gardening (digging, weeding, etc) or walking? Just out of curiosity, when do you wear or NOT wear your HRM?

Finally found some lifting gloves that are small enough!
So excited. I have tiny, tiny hands. I finally found some xs lifting gloves that almost fit. They are just a touch big but workable if I velcro them as tight as possible. So excited. My hands give out before my arms :) Yay!

First and last places you saw improvement
For some reason I am seeing a great improvement in my biceps, back, chest, and that spot between your ribcage and waist. I haven't seen much improvement in my waist, hips, or the triceps - probably my most needed spots :ohwell: Did you eventually see improvements everywhere?
