    I thought it was a great perspective. I've come to realize that it's not about the numbers on a scale or chart, but about health and treating my body a a temple of God.

    I actually share her views on dating. Why does a twelve year old need to be in a relationship that should lead to marriage? I plan on teaching my sons these same principles when they are old enough.
